Petitioner, already in custody since 12.2.2018, seeks bail in Phulwari Sharif PS Case No. 775 of 2017 registered under Sections

436. 427 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that unknown persons forming a mob set fire in the house of the informant.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, this petitioner's name was disclosed in the confessional statement of some of the co-accused and except that there is no material against him and similarly situated other coaccused persons have been admitted to bail by a coordinate Benches of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abhishek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XV -cum- ACJM Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif PS Case No. 775 of 2017.
