It is submitted that petitioners were allowed privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5168/2014 with direction to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P. S. case no. 30/2013 within four weeks but unfortunately order dated 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5168/2014 could not be communicated to the concerned court within time as a result thereof petitioners could not surrender within the period as fixed by this court and accordingly, it is prayed that period for surrender be extended for further period of four weeks.

Accordingly, prayer is allowed and it is ordered that if the petitioners surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P. S. case no. 30/2013

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40619 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 within four weeks from today, they shall be released on bail in the light of order dated 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 5168/2014. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
