2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 192 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of snatching a mobile phone.
4. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.5.2024.
5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52431 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 192 of 2024, subject to the condition that the learned Court below concerned, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner will verify that whether the petitioner has any criminal history or not. If the Court below finds that the petitioner has criminal history then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted and if the Court below finds that the petitioner has no criminal history then his bail bonds shall be accepted.
