The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 351 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a), 36 and 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the vehicle of the petitioner was registered with UBER Cabs and the same was being used as a commercial vehicle. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.59998 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Maner P.S.
