Learned Counsel on behalf of Nagar Parishad, Sasaram submits that as per the statement made in paragraph no.5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent no.6, admitted dues of Rs.4,65,271/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One) has already been paid to the petitioner through Cheque No.A734815 dated 22.05.2017.

3. In this view of the matter that the admitted dues has already been paid to the petitioner and today no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not interested to pursue this case further. Hence, this writ petition is hereby dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner that if, petitioner found any due or dues against the concerned Corporation, then he may file a fresh representation before the concerned authority, if advised so.
