The petitioner has filed the petition for modification of the order dated 10.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24109 of 2015, by which the petitioner was directed to deposit 20 per cent of misappropriated amount i.e. Rs. 57,87,892.22/- which comes to about Rs. 11,57,580/- within a period of five months.

It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 11,57,580/-, after two months from the date of stipulated period. It is further submitted that bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled. Since the petitioner has already deposited the amount, of course, after two months from the date of stipulated period, the bail bond of the petitioner shall not be cancelled and the order is modified to that extent.
