This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.48739 of 2015 in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 for extension of time granted to him to surrender before the court below. Considering the facts stated in this application and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below by the order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.48739 of 2015 is extended by five weeks from today.

This application is allowed to the aforementioned extent only.
