The preliminary objection raised by the Principal AAG that no interference is warranted in the writ application because of the conduct of the petitioner seems to be correct.
2. Petitioner has not approached the Court when the advertisement was issued. He has approached the Court when the process has already been initiated, preliminary examinations have already been held and the results are awaited.
3. Petitioner has obviously not been vigilant with his right if there was one.
