The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the petitioner was reinstated and, as such, the grievance of the petitioner against the order of termination stands redressed. The other grievance with regard to the payment of salary, allowance etc., petitioner may be granted liberty to file proper representation before the District Programme Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent no.

5. In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent authority will consider the case of the petitioner and
