The petitioner is seeking certain service benefits after his retirement. In the considered opinion of the Court, the petitioner can approach the Registrar, Co-Operative Societies in terms of Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.4091 of 2017(3) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 direction to the Registrar that in the event, the petitioner files an application within three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of preferably within six weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order.
