1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Vishal Arora had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.53558 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 14.08.2024 after considering the case on merits. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioner is akin to the case of Vishal Arora, as such,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57196 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 based on parity, seeks anticipatory bail.
4. The learned APP is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No.14273C of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
