A compliance affidavit has been filed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2741 of 2019(5) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 concerned respondent and it has been stated therein that the petitioner was found to be entitled for a payment of Rs. 45,395/- for the period that he worked as a daily-wager and the aforesaid amount has been paid to him.

In that view of the matter, no contempt, as on date, is made out against the order passed by this Court. The petition is disposed off and the records are consigned.
