Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50495 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/3 Complaint Case No.1558/2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 466, 216, 166A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 29 of Indian Police Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners have got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioners are ready to return Rs.65,00,000/- (rupees sixty five lakhs) to the complainant. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the complainant does not dispute the factum of compromise between the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.1558/2021, subject to the conditions laid
