JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-10-2016 Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the rival parties, the Court may like to give the benefit to the petitioner taking into consideration the various communication and reports with regard to the status of the Madarsa in question to agitate the issue before the State keeping in mind the resolution of the Department of Education dated 23.09.2013 specially Clause-4. The petitioner is free to bring to the notice of such authority whether Clause-4 of the said resolution is required to be exercised in relation to the present set of dispute between the two
