The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)(a), 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the Police having committed raid at the place of occurrence and having arrested the accused persons who are said to have preparing for committing crime. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, only one live cartridge and a mobile phone are said to have been recovered from him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 31.03.2018. Lastly, it is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII-cum-Sub Judge-XIV, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018.
