JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 47668 of 2017. By the said order, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, but due to inadvertence, he could not surrender before the Court below and as such, he requests for extension of time to surrender.

However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned Court below and make a prayer for regular bail. Permission is accorded. The modification petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
