The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 357/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/ of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is a senior citizen and one Pintu is the assailant. Similarly situated co-accused Vijay Kumar has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24327 of 2021. In view of the above, the present anticipatory bail

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM III, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 357/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
