JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners received government money to supply the bricks for construction of the school but they did not supply the required quantum of bricks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that it is the authorities who did not make entire payment against the supply made by the petitioners and the petitioners' side also filed a case against the authorities. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6847 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
