2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/379/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner hit the informant with farsa causing him grievous injury. Petitioner has got eight criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury caused and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
