The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, dated 15.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are the married and unmarried sisters-in-law of the deceased respectively.

The accusation against the petitioners, it has been argued, is general and omnibus.

The husband of the deceased, after remaining in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6699 of 2021(4) dt.14-12-2021 2/2 custody for a longtime has been released on bail. The petitioners were granted provisional relief vide order dated 04.09.2021.

There is nothing on record to connect anything otherwise against the petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
