JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the son of the informant having serious criminal antecedent was released on bail. On 20.8.2010 the informant heard the sound of firing and went outside to find his son dead. It is further alleged that Bablu Singh alias Babla threatened the son of the informant and the informant came to know that the petitioner and others have committed murder of his son.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10517 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 accused Bablu Singh alias Babla has been acquitted. Considering the fact that the FIR was registered in 2010 and the petitioner is named in the FIR, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2010 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Banka.
