2. Heard Ms. Rekha Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Rakesh Singh, learned counsel for the State.

3. The present petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the judgment dated 05.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 6833 of 2015.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though, as per the direction of the Court, compliance had to be

5. Having regard to the fact that the judgment has been complied with by the authorities, the Court is not inclined to pursue the issue any further.
