The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76805 of 2019. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of custody as he is rotting in judicial custody since 16.09.2019. Learned A.P.P. for the state has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this
