The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S.Case No. 94/2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the I.P.C. The accusation is that on enquiry 18 persons including the petitioner were found indulged in taking the benefitt of Indira Awas Scheme by filing false affidavit. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after enquiry made by the officials of Block, the name of the petitioner was included in B.P.L. list and benefit of Indira Awas Scheme was provided to him and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9658 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 petitioner has been made accused with an ulterior motive. Having considered the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today before the Court below be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IX, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Sandesh P.S.Case No. 94/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
