The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 464, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner got appointed as A.N.M. in the hospital on the basis of forged certificate. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the appointment of the petitioner has already been cancelled.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and her appointment has already been cancelled, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5586 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 185 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
