The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No.101 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 30(a) (d) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 60 liters of illicit liquor from the road side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 23.03.2018.
