2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Cyber P.S. Case No.14 of 2024 instituted under Sections 504, 506 & 509 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66 (C), 66 (D), 66 (E) & 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, marriage of the informant was fixed with the petitioner-accused and they started making contact on social media through which some obscene photo and video of informant has been taken by petitioner. Later on due to some reason the proposed marriage broke down. Further allegation is that the obscene photo and video of informant has been uploaded by the petitioner on social media.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He further submits that the alleged mobile does not belongs to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a student, who is preparing for competitive examination and he has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., at Buxar in connection with Buxar Cyber P.S. Case No.14 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Ritik/- U T
