The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 258/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the allegations levelled in the F.I.R., no case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. He further submits that during the marriage ceremony some persons made celebratory firing and in the firing, the deceased might have injured and subsequently died.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.6781 of 2021(2) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Barh, ,Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 258/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
