The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S.Case No. 139 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 304 (B) and 201 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non fulfillment of the demand of dowry and concealing the dead body of the daughter of the informant in ditch Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No.1 is mother in law, petitioner No. 2 is sister-in-law

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9563 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 and petitioner No. 3 cousin sister-in-law of the deceased and have been falsely implicated due to grudge and ulterior motive. Further submission is that the complainant/ informant filed a petition i.e. Annexure-2 on 02.02.2006 in the Court of learned Sub-Judge-IV, Jehanabad on 02.02.2012 after lodging the case due to misunderstanding.

considering the facts and circumstance, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today before the Court below be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako (Bhelawar) P.S.Case No. 139/ 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
