Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners abducted the daughter of the informant for the purpose of illegal activities.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in the false case due to village politics. Learned counsel further submits that the victim girl was recovered and her statement under Section164 Cr.P.C. was recorded in which the victim girl has not disclosed the name of these

Learned counsel further submits that victim girl is major and her marriage has been performed with one Sagar Saurabh of Muhalla-Maharajganj, Patna on 06.05.2019. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the fact that in her statement under Section 164, the victim girl has not disclosed the name of these petitioners, as such, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to all these petitioners.

Accordingly, all the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of surrender by them, they shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B.N. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
