"1. That this Civil Writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders and thereby for grant of following relief to the petitioner:- i. For setting aside the order contained in Memo No. 623 dated 16.01.2018, passed by the Registrar Cooperative Committee, Bihar, Patna whereby the petitioner firm has been delisted from the Departmental panel of Chartered accountant for audit of the Cooperative Committee in gross violation of Principle of Natural Justice as the imposed punishment was not at all mentioned in the show cause in Memo No. 67568 dated 18.09.2017 which was a mandatory requirement of law in terms of judgment reported in (2014) 9 SCC 105 'Gorkha Security Services Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors.'

ii. For any other relief for which the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13005 of 2022(4) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 petitioner may be deemed entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the matter is of the year 2018 and six years have already lapsed, he will be once again approaching the Respondent no.2the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna to show the bona fide as all the corrective measures have been taken by it, so that a fresh decision is taken.

3. The State-respondent do not have objection to that.

4. In that background, without commenting on the merit of the case, granting the said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
