JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2015 Since there is no controversy with regard to the claim of dues of salary and arrears after revision of pay scale of the petitioner, which has been extended to many a persons, there is an obligation upon the Vice Chancellor of the University to ensure that the petitioner is also given a rightful due without further harassment within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The time frame must be adhered to especially since petitioner is a class IV employee and not well paid Professor of the University.
