After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the averments made in the counter affidavit relating to payment of all admitted dues of the petitioner in terms of the order passed against him, seeks to withdraw the present writ application. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed off as withdrawn. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to represent if anything still remains to be paid in terms of the order of the Director General of Police dated 21.10.2010 in the departmental proceeding against him.
