JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that, in view of subsequent developments, the present matter has become infructuous as the account of the petitioner has been settled and the petitioner and original borrower have paid the entire loan amount of the Bank.
Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
