The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, 34 sets of mobile are alleged to have been stolen away from the shop of informant by unknown miscreants. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The recovered mobiles belong to the family of the petitioner. The recovered mobiles were not put on TIP to ascertain whether the same is the stolen property or not.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 428 of 2019.
