1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that the informant is cousin brother of the petitioner and the informant concealing the relationship, instituted the instant F.I.R. with no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It is also submitted that the informant has tried to give an impression that unknown accused persons committed the occurrence, when all the accused persons including the petitioner are related to the informant, which casts an aspersion

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. case No.206/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
