Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupauli P. S. case no. 70/2014 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.

The accusation against all petitioners is that they entered into the house of the informant and badly assaulted old mother of the informant.

The impugned order of learned Sessions Judge reveals that informant's mother sustained grievous injury on her head. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that petitioner no.3, namely, Rani Khatoon is a lady and no specific overtact has been attributed against her, in the event of arrest/ surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5634 of 2015 (2) dt.11-02-2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner no.3, namely, Rani Khatoon be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ran Vijay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea/concerned court in Rupauli P. S. case no. 70/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner nos.1 and 2 is concerned, the same stands rejected.
