1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) To quash the illegal dismissal order vide Memo No.254 dated 24.07.2020 alongwith five order no.99 dated 14.07.2021 passed by Additional State Fire Brigade Officer, Bihar, Patna and District Fire Brigade Officer, Saran (Chapra) forthwith contained in Annexure-7.

(II) To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the salary and other allowances with interest for the dismissal period to the petitioner forthwith. (III) To direct the concerned Respondents to pay the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17849 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 salary and other allowances with interest for the dismissal period to the petitioner forthwith."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.07.2021, passed by the Assistant State Fire Brigade Officer, Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Appellate Authority shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
