The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sabour P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant herself alleged that she was married to Anil Choudhary, son of Naresh Choudhary but unfortunately her husband died due to electrocution. Later on her in-laws asked her to marry with her brother-in-law Arbind Choudhary and Arbind Choudhary established physical relation with her. It appears that omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner and she is the sister-in-law of the informant. No.16577 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
