The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354 (b), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the trivial nature of allegation and considering the fact that the petitioner has entered into compromise and also the fact that some other accused persons have been granted regular bail, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
