Patna High Court MJC No.731 of 2016 (2) dt.18-09-2018 Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned GA 7 informs that the order of this Court has been acted upon and the encroachment proceedings drawn giving rise to Encroachment Case No. 1/201314. He submits that the encroachers have moved this Court in CWJC No. 20806/2013 and vide order passed on 05.12.2013 the further proceedings in Encroachment Case No. 1/2013-14 initiated by the Circle Officer, Kutumba in the light of the direction of this Court passed in CWJC No. 1300/2012, has been stayed. He further submits that the said writ petition is yet pending before this Court. Taking note of the submissions so made by Mr. Ojha on instruction of the Circle Officer, we drop the proceedings. The contempt application is dismissed.
