2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in nature of mandamus directing the respo0ndents to salary (Mandey) of the petitioner for the period of March, 2022 to till date.

(ii) For issuance of writ commanding the respondents to take action against those

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs which petitioner is entitled to."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representations to all the concerned for redressal of her grievances, but till date no decision has been taken on her representations.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that it transpires from the record that the petitioner has filed multiple representations to the different authorities. Therefore, in this regard, a short enquiry is required.

5. In the light of the submissions made above, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent No.4, namely, the District Magistrate, Madhepura within 30 days from today along with a copy of this order whereupon the District Magistrate, Madhepura is directed to hold an enquiry and conclude the same within a fixed period of time and then decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. All the exercise is directed to be completed within a period of 90 days.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
