2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections of BNS.
3 . As per prosecution case , informant was married with co-accused Vikash Kumar in the year 2024 and after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by all the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48925 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 2/3 accused persons including these petitioners due to nonfulfillment of additional demand of dowry and ultimately the accused persons ousted her from matrimonial house .
4. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law , petitioner No. 3 is married Nanad of the informant (victim ) and petitioner No. 4 is husband of petitioner No. 3 . Petitioners are simple victim of over implications. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against these petitioners. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the victim, who is already in custody . Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of victim and her husband. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 , subject to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48925 of 2025(2) dt.31-07-2025 3/3 condition as laid down under Section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
