JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,447,307,341,323,324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused fire arm injury to the husband and son of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found to be simple and there is counter version of the occurrence in which petitioner also received injury though the injury report of the husband of the informant is not on record. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9500 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jehanabad.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
