JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 23-03-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has retired on 31.07.1999 and wants revision of his pension with effect from 01.01.2006 without enclosing any Government order, this Court would find it difficult to issue any direction.

2. When such an observation has been made, Mr. Ojha, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to enable the petitioner to file a detail representation.

3. The petitioner may do so, but he will have no liberty now to move this Court for the same cause of action.
