The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.152 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have already surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed.
