JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Perused the report submitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad from which it transpires that the prosecution case has already been closed and defence witnesses are being examined. It also appears that the defence has prayed some time to examine the witnesses.
Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, no useful purpose would be served by directing release of the petitioner for the present.
It is observed that the trial Court must expedite conclusion of trial. If the trial is not concluded within three months from today the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court for renewal of his prayer for bail.
This application stands dismissed with the observations as above.
