2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Specific accusation of kidnapping of daughter of informant is against co-accused Mithun Yadav. Petitioner no.1 is mother and petitioners no. 2 and 3 are sisters of said Mithun Yadav. They have been implicated in this case because they are relatives of said co-accused Mithun Yadav. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

Since petitioners are ladies and there is general and omnibus allegation against them and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Araria in Kursakanta Police Station Case No. 18 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
