For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s : Mr. Anshuman Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, by referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4, submits that the allotment in favour of the petitioner of lower income group house no.92 at Damodarpur, Muzaffarpur has been cancelled on account of non-deposit of installments by the petitioner. According to him, for the reasons disclosed in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4, the impugned order cannot be legally faulted. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

The interim order dated 19.06.2012 passed by a Bench of this Court stands vacated.
