The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Excise Case No. 152 of 2015 registered under Section 47(a)(f) of the Excise Act.

In view of the alleged recovery of thirty liters of country made liquor from the hotel of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
